The Audit determines if there are any opportunities to reduce your energy consumption while checking for potential health and safety concerns.

The Home Energy Audit Includes:

• Thermographic (infrared) scanning
• Blower Door Testing
• Solar Opportunity Analysis
• Home Health & Safety Inspection
• Combustion Appliance Testing
• Written Report of Findings, Recommendations & Referrals

The Home Energy Audit Fee is $350.
(Fee is based on single family detached home up to 3,500 square feet.)

HERS Rater for EPA Version 2.5 Energy Star Labeled Homes

HERS Rater Services Includes:

• Preliminary Plan Review
• Pre-insulation Inspection
• Post-insulation inspection
• Final inspection verifying "as-built" conditions, blower door and other testing.

HERS Rater Services for Single Family Home is: $1,450.00
(Fee is based on single family detached home up to 3,500 square feet.)

Blower Door-Assisted Air Sealing

Our primary objective is to show you how to air seal your house. If air sealing is more than you want to tackle, Home Energy Consultants, Inc. can provide you with an air sealing proposal package customized to your home’s specific needs.

A Home Energy Audit is required to provide a proposal for blower door-assisted air sealing services.

Consulting Services

Consulting Services is a continuous process that begins with the energy audit and remains in effect for the life of your relationship with Home Energy Consultants, Inc.

Hourly rate for consulting services is $95.00
